Our client, a leader in the digital customer experience space, is seeking a UX Qualitative Researcher/Digital CX Experimentation Researcher to join their team. As a Digital CX Experimentation Researcher, you will be part of the Customer Experience & Engagement (CX&E) organization supporting the CX Research & Behavioral Science team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer experience research which will align successfully in the organization. **Digital CX Experimentation Researcher** **Remote (EST Hours)** **6 Month Contract, potential extension** **$58/hour** **What's the Job?** + Perform qualitative research studies that will serve as a central resource across various CX programs. + Translate research objectives into actionable research questions and develop discussion guides. + Moderate interviews and facilitate focus groups to gather valuable insights. + Analyze data for themes and patterns, providing actionable recommendations based on findings. + Effectively communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's degree required, preferably in human factors design, anthropology, or psychology. + 2-3 years of experience in user experience (UX) research, preferably in the AI space. + Strong knowledge of qualitative research methodologies including discussion guide writing and analysis. + Experience with remote user testing tools such as UserTesting, Discuss.io, Teams, or Zoom. + Demonstrated ability to execute research efforts within accelerated Agile sprint cycles. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving digital landscape. + Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to customer-centric innovation. + Engage in meaningful research that directly impacts customer experience initiatives. + Be part of a culture that values excellence and continuous improvement. + Flexible work environment accommodating different time zones.
