The Role + Purpose: • Under the guidance of the art director ensure clear and consistent communication of the brand on all channels ensuring work is produced to a high quality, with a consistent clear design, adhering to the brand aesthetic. Maintaining and elevating brand positioning with quality design standards. • Concept, design and take ownership over unique and innovative creative treatments to reflect the brand strategy and content plan • Research, explore and present new concepts and executions to keep the brand voice relevant and innovative • Repurpose existing photo/video assets for social (including paid social) in clever strategic ways. • Assist with concept and art direction of photoshoots, working closely with photographers and stylists. Qualifications: • 3+ years’ experience in a high volume, deadline-driven environment (experience in Fashion a plus) • Great proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) • Sophisticated typography skills. • Ability to work quickly and nimbly to create content that aligns with the brand • Critical thinker, great communicator with can-do attitude • Strong time management and organizational skills to be effective with long-term and short-term planning and execution at the same time • Photography/videography skills preferred We welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes.
