Job Description

Looking for Marketing ManagerThe Restaurant Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, imfplementing and tracking marketing programs that increase brand exposure and restaurant sales. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Understand and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to the Owners, restaurant management and staff.Partner with Operator to plan and execute sales building activities that will build relationships, which will increase customer count, check average and outside sales.Deploy web, social media, email, collateral, merchandise, and other communications effectively with support team.Coordinate partner, community, vendor relationships, and charitable donations.Establish goodwill and build relationships within the community and with the restaurant’s overall target market. EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:College Degree preferredMust be fluent in both English and Chinese 2-5 years professional experience in Marketing/Public Relations/Sales with a demonstrated track record of driving results in the food and beverage industry.Experience in online marketing a must (WeChat, Facebook, Weibo etc.)Experience with direct marketing a plus. WORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:Proficient in Windows Office, Microsoft Office, Mac OSX, POS systemsKnowledge of online technology and implementation with particular interest in the website, blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, wiki’s, mobile and other emerging trends- including but not limited to Facebook and Twitter, Instagram, and WordpressMust have a keen interest in the restaurant industry.
