Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody the service vision of S-E-E (Service, Exciting, Educational) by ensuring every patient feels like they are the only one by delivering an engaging and fun experience from frame selection to lens fitting!
  • Collaborate with the team to set and achieve financial goals while ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Identify and cultivate talent within the practice, providing guidance and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, EMR systems, and leveraging cutting-edge optical technology to provide the best possible service.
  • Build strong relationships with both staff and patients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in eye care
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams, customer service, and sales
  • ABO certification with managerial experience in both medical office and retail optical settings.
  • A solid understanding of the requirements of a small business, along with the drive and enthusiasm to meet and exceed them.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and the latest optical equipment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish would be desirable, but is not required.
