Primarily day shifts 9am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Registration Management
- ·LeagueApps
o Assist with distribution of team links
o Manage program links and update on website
* ·GotSport & Kitman Labs
o Assist with teams / players / coaches / rosters
- Communication Coordinator
- ·Act as the first point of contact for team managers
- ·Work with coaches and team managers to gather team's annual schedule
o Training sessions, league games, tournament games, team meetings, team bonding, team photos, LFA events, etc.
- ·Manage the "contact us" entry form
- Team Document Management
- ·Maintain and organize shared team documents
- ·Provide ideas to grow and improve the current processes
- ·Manage annual coach specific folder
o Soccer / Lacrosse
o Seasonal needs
- Event Registration Management
- Register LFA club teams for assigned tournaments and leagues
- Review and upload appropriate documentation for even registration
- Manage club team tournament tracking process
- Player Retention Experience Coordination
- Team Calendar for qualitative team connections and bonding
- Inputting LeagueApps calendar
o Populate Team calendars
- Player / team photos
- Tournaments
- Team Manager Organization
o Organic growth & empowerment of parents that want to be involved
- Organize & supervise coach responsibilities for teams
- Build and manage timeline needs for registration, organization of team creation, and annual on-boarding
o Communications calendar
o Registration calendar
o Improve efficiency and streamline processes for seamless season-to-season and year-to-year handoffs
Abilities
- Proficient in keyboarding and software applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams require
- Must be quality minded, people and service oriented, a team player and self-starter
- Ability to work independently in a confidential manner and carry out work assignments with little supervision
- Ability to take a leadership role in various project and activities
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Ability to conduct oneself in a professional, respectable manner
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management or relevant professional experience
- Must be able to adeptly handle multiple priorities, problems, and demanding situations
- Must be able to look toward the future, while dealing with the demands of the present
- Positive, proactive, lead by example attitude
- Possess strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
