About The Role

Key Objectives

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
  • Coordinate office logistics and maintain efficient workflow.
  • Enhance communication and organization within the office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces and coordinating orientation activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
  • Support event planning and execution for team meetings, trainings, and company functions.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and administrative needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service oriented approach.

Qualifications
