MORNING SHIFT

Job Title: Marine Equipment Mechanic

Position Details:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanic to assemble boats, install, repair, and

maintain engines, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. This role ensures peak

performance and reliability of boats while supporting smooth marina operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Boats assembling, engines and electric/electronic equipment installation
• Boat and motor repairs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following health and safety standards
• Accurately complete work orders, reports, and documentation
• Stay up to date on marine technologies and repair techniques
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operations and service quality
• Assist with additional company functions as needed

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a mechanic (marine, heavy-duty, or related field)
• Strong knowledge of general mechanic tools and equipment, electrical systems (12/24/110 volt), schematics, and diagnostics
• Safety-focused with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Work Environment:

• Full-time, permanent role with occasional overtime
• Occasional off-site work may be required
• Exposure to typical marine trade conditions and hazards
