Job Description

“Sales Division Manager” - Short Term Consultant or Part-time position Role The Sales Division Manager will be responsible for directly managing, overseeing and setting up the Shangrila Farms wholesale and distribution team and channels. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, overseeing operations, client/account management and development, working closely with the logistic team. The Sales Division Manager will be responsible for planning and strategy of sales channels and partners. He/she will also design and implement the strategy under the approval of the COO. Chinese Fluency is required. He/she will report directly to the COO, and the Sales Division Team will report to the Sales Division Manager. Responsibilities• Manage directly the day to day operations of the Sales Division in China• Design, in conjunction with the COO, the Sales Division plan and procedures• Communicate with partners and oversee the quality of services provided• Oversee the productivity and efficiency of all Sales Channels About Shangrila Farms Farms brings you the finest in natural food and beverage.
