Title: Cyber Training Operations Administrator
Location: Remote/Hybrid (as required by Solutions 3 LLC)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Description:  
Solutions³ LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Cyber Training Operations Administrator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external training programs and IT-based project initiatives. This role bridges training operations and project administration, ensuring course delivery runs efficiently, project documentation stays current, and all moving parts remain aligned with schedule, milestones, and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They must possess strong administrative discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across training cohorts, workshops, technology-driven initiatives, and project documentation pipelines.
This role is essential to ensuring seamless delivery of cybersecurity, ITSM, and workforce development programs for federal and commercial clients. Eligibility:  
  • Must be a  US Citizen  
  • 2+ years of directly relevant experience in project administration and training operations
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Project Administration:  
  • Support IT project planning and execution through meticulous administration and tracking.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, calendars, and deliverable timelines using Microsoft Project and other project tools.
  • Track and report project time usage, burn rate, action items, and open issues.
  • Prepare recurring status reports, weekly progress summaries, and executive-level documentation.
  • Maintain project artifacts including Plans of Action, issue logs, risks, resources, and milestone activity updates.
  • Coordinate project meetings, compile meeting minutes, and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks.
  • Assist in resource scheduling across active training programs, course cycles, and internal IT projects.
Operations & Facilitation Support:  
  • Manage full lifecycle of training coordination from scheduling to session delivery.
  • Schedule training workshops, cohort cycles, planning meetings, and instructor sessions.
  • Support communication with training participants, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate instructors, facilitator logistics, and classroom/virtual room readiness.
  • Maintain and distribute training materials, evaluations, agendas, and completion records.
  • Track attendance, participant engagement data, class outcomes, and feedback metrics.
  • Ensure all training initiatives remain on schedule, documented, and properly supported.
  • Engage with training partners to order course materials, schedule instructors, or exam vouchers, etc.
  • Support internship and apprenticeship programs as needed.
  • Assist with the administrative side of the sales motion in pursuing training opportunities and workforce development grants, including, but not limited to: proposal support, opportunity tracking, and appointment setting as needed
Communication, Documentation, and Reporting:  
  • Develop and format documentation such as agendas, status summaries, instructions, after-action reviews, attendance sheets, and completion certificates.
  • Compile periodic reporting to management on class success, attendee participation, scheduling conflicts, and operational impacts.
  • Serve as a liaison between project leadership, instructors, technical teams, and training participants
  • Ensure training and project communication remains clear, timely, and aligned with defined objectives.
Required Skills:  
  • Strong written & verbal communication, time management, organizational discipline, documentation creation, stakeholder coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, MS Office Suite, Outlook, Visio, documentation and reporting tools
  • Understanding of Microsoft Teams and the effective us of Teams channels
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and multi-program environments
  • Detail-driven mindset focused on tracking, follow-through, and continuous process improvement
Desired Skills:  
  • Experience coordinating remote learning, virtual classrooms, or LMS-based training
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT programs, workforce development, or federal training
  • Familiarity with Sales Tracking CRM tools
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications; or Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT Management, Computer Information Systems, or related degree; or Associates Degree in Business Administration or other related degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
