Location: Nationwide (Flexible)
Compensation Estimate:
Southeast region: $130,000 $150,000 / year
Possible up to $200,000+ for very high-experience / high-profile candidates
Role Overview: Oversee individual construction projects, manage schedule & budget, coordinate between field and exec level, and ensure project delivery on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of a project: planning execution close-out
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams
Track cost, schedules, and quality
Lead project meetings & report to senior leadership
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Mentor junior PMs / engineers (if applicable)
Skills / Requirements:
Proven experience as Construction Project Manager
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk-management ability
Excellent communication & team coordination skills
Experience with quality control and compliance (safety / building codes)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large project scale
