Job Title: Windows Server Administrator (VMware)

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated System Administrator / Server Engineer to join our tight-knit IT team. The ideal candidate is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and takes pride in their work. You will play a key role in a complex Windows-based environment, helping to modernize, stabilize, and secure our infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Server Engineer, or similar role in a Windows/VMware environment.
• Must have experience in Administer and engineer server environments using VMware and Windows Server 2019 (with upcoming migration to Windows Server 2025).
• Experience in Support a primarily Windows-based infrastructure (minimal SQL Server involvement; mostly basic management).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and virtualization (VMware).
• Experience with network technologies (Cisco and/or Unity) is a plus.
• Ability to assess, document, and improve IT systems-bring ideas and solutions, not just problems.
• Must have Professional communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders, including executives and clients.

Work Site : Dearborn, MI - Onsite

Duration: 12 months to Hire

Expected Start Date : Immediate - 2 weeks
