Your Role:

• Serve as the primary counselor for students across all grades.
• Engage in meaningful one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with our fantastic teachers, parents, and administrators to provide comprehensive support to students 
• Spearhead innovative programs addressing social-emotional needs and promoting mental health awareness.
• Contribute to fostering a school culture that is positive, inclusive, and truly exceptional.

What I am  Seeking( Requirements for the role):

• A counseling expert with a Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Possession of a valid counseling certification or license.
• Minimum of 3 years of impactful counseling experience, preferably within an international school setting.
• Familiarity with international curricula, especially the British system, is a definite advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop and implement effective counseling programs.

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 1000 up to 1500  OMR (Omani Rial)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
