We are seeking skilled Industrial Welders for short-term projects involving industrial seal replacement and repairs. This position offers challenging work in a fast-paced environment with extended shifts and excellent overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Perform Flux Core welding on industrial equipment and components.
Support seal replacement and repair operations through welding, grinding, and fabrication tasks.
Carry out heavy manual labor, including lifting, grinding, and equipment handling.
Work effectively in a team environment with millwrights and other trades.
Follow all site safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Flux Core welding (must pass weld test if required).
Experience in industrial, heavy equipment, or repair environments preferred.
Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including grinding and material handling.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to project-based schedules.
Compensation & Benefits:
12-hour shifts, project-based/short-term assignments.
Overtime paid after 8 hours daily and all weekend hours.
GSA per diem included in weekly paycheck (not cash) if you meet the qualifications.
$1,500 travel in + $1,500 travel out paid upon successful job completion and client satisfaction if qualified for per diem.
