What You’ll Do
- Lead Daily Warehouse Operations
- Oversee all warehouse functions—including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping—at the Breinigsville location.
- Maintain seamless coordination and workflow across multiple warehouse sites.
- Own Inventory Accuracy
- Implement and maintain effective tracking, control, and reconciliation processes.
- Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance metrics.
- Manage and Develop Your Team
- Supervise warehouse staff with clear training, performance expectations, and ongoing mentorship.
- Conduct daily team huddles and participate in weekly management meetings.
- Optimize Warehouse Efficiency
- Develop and refine workflow processes to maximize productivity, accuracy, and organization.
- Implement warehouse management systems and software to streamline operations.
- Champion Safety Compliance
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant warehouse environment.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support Regional Inventory Management
- Conduct quarterly physical inventory counts at our New York, New Jersey North, and New Jersey South warehouse locations (one location per month).
- Collaborate Across the Business
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and attend departmental meetings as needed.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within automotive, parts, or distribution environments.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (experience with Acumatica is a plus).
- Solid understanding of inventory control processes and safety best practices.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
