Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 8-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Guaranteed (Up to 40 Hours/Week)
Pay Rate: $1,770 Weekly Gross
Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in a dynamic outpatient care environment. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy services, promoting functional independence and recovery for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities:Evaluate, plan, and administer individualized physical therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and patient goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of treatment sessions and progress notes.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety precautions, and continued care.
Float to nearby clinics as needed, providing consistent care and professional support.
Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards while maintaining a safe, professional environment.
Active and unrestricted Louisiana Physical Therapist (PT) License (required)
Current BLS certification (AHA) (required)
Outpatient experience preferred , but not mandatory
Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
Strong communication, adaptability, and patient engagement skills
