Travel Physical Therapist

A hospital   outside Susanville, California,   is seeking a  13-week, temporary, Travel Physical Therapist   to join their team! Join a great team dedicated to high-quality healthcare!

Pay rate: $80.00/hour

Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-time, travel position
  
• 13-week contract
  
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  
• Potential for Extension or Permanent opportunity available
  
• Setting: Outpatient
  
• Weekly direct deposits
  
• All-Inclusive W2 rate
  

Travel Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Complete Patient evaluations to develop and implement an individualized care plan
  
• Assist with the treatment of acute care patients suffering from dehydration, back pain, intoxication, or pneumonia
  
• Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary
  

Travel Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must have an active Physical Therapist License in California
  
• Previous Physical Therapy experience required
  
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
