We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Title Officer with strong experience in Arizona real estate transactions to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and service title files, including reviewing and responding to objection letters
• Prepare proforma policies and endorsements
• Communicate effectively with Escrow Officers, clients, and surveyors
• Review surveys, recordings, and issue final policies
• Attend client meetings and assist with client or attorney inquiries
• Identify and resolve potential issues proactively
• Participate in underwriting seminars or meetings and maintain positive relationships with underwriters
• Monitor and share updates on underwriting procedures or statutory changes
• Update Exceptions and Requirements as underwriting rules or laws change.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• You must have at least 4 years of experience as Title Officer
• Experience with RamQuest preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Professional demeanor with a friendly, mature approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
