Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Escrow Officer to manage the closing process from start to finish. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and accurate transactions while delivering a high level of customer service. Responsibilities:

• Open, manage, and close escrow files in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Review purchase contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions.
• Prepare settlement statements and oversee the disbursement of funds.
• Communicate proactively with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.
• Resolve title issues and coordinate with all parties to achieve timely closings.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of escrow/closing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate contracts, title commitments, and escrow procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
