CECIL ATKISSION FORD

Job Responsibilities:

Process all new and used deals in DMS.
Prepare and process tax and title documents in WebDealer.
Input the acquisition of new and used vehicle inventory into the DMS.
Record the receipt of cash or checks.
Prepare checks as required.
Coordinate with the Manufacturer for any sale or purchase issues.
Facilitate transfers of vehicle inventory among related companies.
Prepare, maintain, and reconcile DMS schedules.
Assist with monthly close of the financial statements.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Previous auto dealership experience. Will train the right candidate.
Working knowledge of DMS systems. AutoMate preferred.
Previous knowledge of WebDealer preferred.
Computer literacy and proficiency with Excel and Word.
Strong spirit of team work and customer service.
Ability to work with detail in an error free manner.
