Job Description
We are seeking a caring and dedicated ABA paraprofessional through Encore Agency to support our daughter in working toward her individualized goals.
Position Details
- Location: Brooklyn, NY (Magen David Yeshiva and home)
- Start at school daily at 3:30 pm, accompany her home at 4:30 pm, and continue ABA work at home afterward
- 20–25 hours weekly
- Must have a car every day to transport her safely
- Flexible hours beyond the school pickup schedule
- Will work closely with the BCBA for ongoing support and collaboration
- Pay is approximately $25 per hour, based on experience
Qualifications & Preferences
- Passionate about working with children
- Reliable, patient, and collaborative
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Experience with ABA or working with children preferred, but not required
- Preferably able to speak Hebrew
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
