Responsibilities:
- Azure and system administration.
- Server and Application Maintenance.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting for server issues.
- Creating technical documentation and user guides.
- Providing training to users on new systems or updates.
- Ensuring the security of systems by setting up and managing permissions.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 2 to 4 years of formal technical education (technical school or university).
- Microsoft Certified Professional.
- Proficiency in VMware.
- Proficiency in Azure and Windows Administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Server, Azure, and related products from a system admin perspective.
- Ability to create technical documentation and user guides.
- Experience in security management, including setting up and managing permissions.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience setting up and supporting Microsoft Server and Azure.
Special Considerations:
- On-call rotation is expected.
- Overtime is limited, but the candidate may be asked to change work hours, not usually exceeding 40 hours in one week.
