My mom needs full transfer assistance. She needs someone with her 24/7 as her speech has been damaged due to a past stroke. She needs assistance with everything. Some things more than others. She needs someone to be able to make food for her and cut it up into small pieces, help with giving her medications, getting dressed, transferring to her wheelchair to and from her bed/chair/toilet. She can brush her own teeth but needs helps holding a bowl and cup of water because she can't reach the sink.
