I will need help approx 1 week per month when I'm out on a business trip for my Italian speaking mother. She is in good shape for 91; but does get tired and I need to make sure she eats and drinks enough. Also, she has rare times when she can't move fast enough to the bathroom, and she will need to help clean my mother. My mother is capable of showering herself and cooking; errands to the store and some light house-keeping will be required. When I am gone for the 5-7 days, the caregiver will need to sleep overnight in the the guest bedroom; but won't need to be around all day long
