Job Description Our client is expanding Agile delivery to improve predictability, speed, and quality while prioritizing member outcomes. The Scrum Master will coach two cross-functional teams, facilitate Scrum events, and drive continuous improvement. This role focuses on removing friction, aligning delivery with decision forums, and leveraging data and AI to enhance performance. Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and maintain a prioritized product backlog. Remove impediments and provide practical solutions to keep teams on track. Communicate effectively across all levels, translating technical details for non-technical audiences. Use data and AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps) for forecasting, risk identification, and process automation. Collaborate with project managers and business analysts on delivery estimates and timelines. Promote Agile culture and continuous improvement across the organization. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and software development lifecycle. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, and project tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project). Scrum Master certification Ability to interpret Agile metrics and drive performance improvements. Familiarity with AI-driven project management tools. ***Hybrid role: Three days in-office, two remote; additional office time may be required during training.
