Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Work Order Management and Field Service
  • Collaborate in daily scrums with the Salesforce development team to progress assigned user stories through the sprint
  • Collaborate with client and other vendor engineering teams to develop solutions for automotive service/technician business requirements
  • Execute on Salesforce user stories (Configuration, LWC, Apex, Integration, etc.)
  • Some Field Service experience preferred; experience with Work Order Management, Scheduling, etc.
  • Drive technical designs for user stories and articulate to extended development team members as needed

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Salesforce Customization Apex: 4 years of experience

Minimum Salesforce Customization LWC: 4 years of experience

Minimum Salesforce Field Service: 3 years of experience

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
  • Salesforce Integration development experience (Webhooks, Services, Callouts)
  • Experience with Jira for Agile Project/Ticket Management
  • Experience with Git for Deployment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate development progress

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
