Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into tailored solutions using the Salesforce platform.
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices, including custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integration with back-office systems (often via middleware tools like Mulesoft), and complex code and data migrations. Proven experience in these areas is essential.
  • Lead development workstreams from design through testing and deployment, often coordinating with cross-functional team members.
  • Provide post-delivery support, assisting client teams with live application maintenance and conducting knowledge transfer to ensure long-term success.

Mandatory skills

  • Over 7 years of experience leading, designing, and developing Salesforce applications across diverse business domains.
  • Experience working in Public Sector Foundation Packages and OmniStudio is MUST.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce security configuration and user management.
  • Experience working extensively with Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Web Component Framework.
  • Proficient in using declarative development tools such as Process Builder, Visual Workflow, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Experience developing Salesforce Community Portals
  • Proficient in web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5
  • Skilled in integrating Salesforce with external systems using Web Services/APIs, including SOAP and REST protocols.
  • Experienced in data migration strategies and execution.
  • Knowledgeable in release management using GIT and Copado
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer Certification (Required to submit proof of certification)
