Job Description

Overview: Execute residential field sales through door-to-door outreach. Canvass assigned routes, work routed warm and hot leads, follow an established sales playbook, and close sales at the door. The position is intended for coachable, energetic communicators who are comfortable on their feet and focused on daily results.

Training and tools:

• Paid onboarding with shadowing, ride-alongs, and weekly coaching
• Mapped routes and prequalified homeowner leads to minimize cold canvassing
• Tablet quoting tools, scripted talking points, and objection reference cards
• Daily route sheets, heat maps, and quick pricing references
• Documented advancement path toward Team Lead or Manager-in-Training roles

Key responsibilities:

• Canvass assigned streets and engage scheduled warm/hot leads
• Conduct brief needs assessments, present appropriate plans, and close onsite
• Log door attempts, conversations, demos, and sales; maintain up-to-date records daily
• Coordinate installations/activations and confirm appointment windows at the door when feasible
• Report common objections and effective tactics during daily and weekly team meetings

Qualifications:

• Confident face-to-face communicator comfortable following scripts and repeating established talk tracks
• Persistent, organized, reliable, and open to coaching
• Comfortable using a smartphone and CRM; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

• This is a 1099 commission-only contractor role with a paid training bonus
• Commissions are uncapped with weekly and monthly incentive opportunities
• Expected on-target earnings typically range from $40,000 to $60,000+ depending on consistency and territory
