Job Summary

This incumbent will work with the research team on study startup activities and monitoring access activities to ensure compliance with human subject research, improve efficiency, fiscal soundness and to grow CTO clinical research.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

STUDY STARTUP ACTIVITIES
Assist with the completion of all startup activities.

Maintain the CTSCTO email account and route all startup documents (external and internal).

Create and maintain the study startup folder along with the study startup spreadsheet.

Register and update the Oncore task list.

Create and update study folders.

Attached study startup meetings.

As requested, attend PSIV and SIV meetings.

Assist with updating and maintaining study startup documents.

VEEVA SITE VAULT
Creates studies and uploads/maintains all essential documents into their respective folders.

OTHER

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization with one year of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

KNOWLEDGE

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases.

Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines regarding clinical trials.

SKILLS

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.

ABILITIES

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Shift/Salary/Benefits

Shift: Days; Monday - Friday (Work outside of normal business hours may be required).

Salary Range: $18.85-$20.00 per hour.

Pay Band: B6

Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position.
