Full-Time Receptionist Description of the role: The Receptionist at Renn Kirby Gettysburg plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for our customers. They are responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing general administrative support. Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate individuals
• Assist Service Department with scheduling and receiving payments for service appointments.
• Provide accurate and timely information to visitors and callers
• Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a neat and tidy reception area
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
