Job Description

Jay Auto Group is looking for a full-time Receptionist to greet our walk in clients and answer inbound phone calls (additional duties as needed) at our Buick/GMC location. Candidates must have a neat/professional appearance, an upbeat/positive attitude, and be able to interact with clients in a friendly and respectful manner. The hours needed are Monday-Friday 9-6pm. Responsibilities * Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers * Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson * Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams * Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner * Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other administrative duties as needed * Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments * Scanning Documents
