The Role
As a Physician Recruiter at PMC, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers — with the opportunity to also contribute to operations and other healthcare recruiting initiatives. You’ll be a key player in shaping recruitment strategies, building relationships, and expanding our talent reach in rural healthcare communities.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end recruitment for provider roles.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational positions.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies.
Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with passive talent.
Contribute to recruiting efforts that support PMC’s mission to deliver quality care in underserved areas.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in physician recruitment strongly preferred.
5+ years in healthcare recruitment required.
Proven success in full-cycle recruitment with measurable results.
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and benchmarks.
Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary Description
Up to 75k plus commission
