Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination of cross-departmental activities.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Document meeting notes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
- Assist Project Managers in preparing project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders, ensuring project transparency and alignment.
- Help identify project risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (if applicable).
- Maintain organized documentation related to budgets, resources, and milestones.
