We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join the Operational Excellence Global Finance team. In this role, you will support key initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and employee engagement across 13 global finance functions.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to leadership development and talent programs within a global finance environment.
Coordinate logistics and planning for leadership development and finance talent programs (undergraduate, MBA, and internal initiatives).
Serve as a primary point of contact for participants, vendors, recruiters, and event partners.
Partner with campus recruiting to coordinate interviewers, attend recruiting events, and promote the Global Finance organization.
Manage event execution, learning administration, and performance reporting using Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
Support internal communications, including newsletters, town halls, and intranet updates.
Contribute creative content to enhance the engagement and visibility of finance initiatives.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and Global Finance strategic priorities.
Bachelor's degree required.
3-5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or similar roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing stakeholders across multiple business levels.
Strong planning, multitasking, and time management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Office 365, Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
Detail-oriented with strong design sense and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of finance or financial operations preferred.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and can-do attitude.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Proven ability to influence, problem-solve, and execute projects effectively.
Thrives in fast-paced environments and manages competing priorities with ease.
