Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services
Document progress accurately in EMR
Educate patients on recovery and home exercise
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or equivalent)
Active Nevada PT license (or eligibility prior to start)
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
