Personal Lines Producer - Insurance - Base Salary to 50k/year - Doral, FL

• Our client, an Insurance Agency located in Doral, FL, is looking to hire a Personal Lines Producer to fill an in-office role. This family-owned and operated agency has an impeccable reputation for being honest and above-board in their business and they are committed to delivering top-tier service to their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Pursing a set of personal lines leads given by management with the goal of writing new business
  
• Leads will primarily focus on homeowners policies with some auto as well
  
• Producer may also find their own leads, but this is not a requirement
  
• Goal is to generate 25 new business quotes/week
  
• Will also be responsible for some renewals

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience as a Customer Service Rep. or Producer in Personal Lines
  
• FL 4-40 or 2-20 license required
  
• Must be able to work in-person 9-5 in Doral, FL
  
• English/Spanish Bilingual preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary in the 40k - 50k/year range
  
• Commission on any policies written on your own leads
  
• Benefits include vision and dental insurance, short term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, 401k with a 3% match, and PTO
