Kidsville Pediatrics, a Texas-based multi-location pediatric group, is seeking an experienced **U.S. CPA or corporate tax consultant** to advise on entity restructuring, intercompany compliance, and tax efficiency.
The consultant will assess our current corporate structure, propose tax-efficient alternatives, and collaborate with ownership and legal advisors to implement improvements.
This is an ongoing, remote, part-time advisory role focused on optimizing the group’s operations and minimizing tax exposure, not routine bookkeeping or compliance.

– Analyze existing entity and ownership structures
– Recommend restructuring for efficiency and compliance
– Coordinate with legal/audit teams to execute recommendations
