Desired Qualifications

Master's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Business, Fashion Management, Fashion Marketing, International Fashion Business; or Fashion related Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Fashion
Merchandising, Fashion Business, Fashion Management, Fashion Marketing, International Fashion Business; or MBA with Retail Management experience.

All educational degrees must be from a regional or international accredited institution. 3. Experience with Blackboard or other online course management tools 4. Excellent record of collegiate teaching. 5. Extensive industry related experience. 6. Ability to work well with students, faculty, and staff. Job Summary/Basic Function

Teach material from approved curriculum in accordance with an assigned schedule to ensure student satisfaction.
Assist students in achieving completion of objectives and learning outcomes.

Provide regular and timely feedback to students. 3. Participate in school retention initiatives by maintaining productive contact with students and by getting in touch with and offering assistance to absent students. 4. Maintain and report student grades and attendance in accordance with university policies. 5. Maintain university standards regarding course activity, emails, grading and feedbacks. 6. Other duties as assigned by Program Director.
