You open the store at 7:00am, greet a contractor who needs a precise color match, mix the tint perfectly, then stage a curbside pickup. A homeowner calls with a product question—you guide them to the right primer and add a few must‑have tools. A little later, you safely load orders, keep aisles tidy, and, once trained, make a quick local delivery in a company vehicle. That’s a typical day as our Paint Counter Specialist & Route Delivery Associate.

Compensation & Perks

• Starting pay rate: $18.00 per hour
• Full-time benefits and weekly pay

Schedule

Full-time, day shift within typical store hours:

• Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
• Sunday: Closed

What You’ll Do

• Deliver standout service to retail and contractor customers—your friendly approach keeps them coming back.
• Handle counter sales and product guidance, including paint, color advice, and helpful add‑on recommendations.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to exact specifications.
• Receive, stock, and maintain a clean, well‑organized store.
• Process orders and payments placed in person, by phone, online, and via email.
• Use the POS system to ring up transactions and close out customers.
• Support warehouse duties—safely move, load, and unload products for stocking, delivery, and order fulfillment.
• Be trained to complete local deliveries using company vehicles.
• Report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include Counter Sales, Warehouse Duties, and Delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• Age 18 or older.
• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license in your current state of residence and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong customer service mindset, team orientation, and a steady work history.
• Availability for flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
