Our staff also takes great pride in carefully and accurately packing and shipping customers' orders in a timely manner. We're looking for a flexible, eager-to-learn individual who can assist our Pick and Pack department by succeeding in both of these tasks.

The Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate is responsible for interfacing with customers via email, phone, and in-person interactions. • Be able to accurately multitask, maintain great attention to detail, and stay organized while packaging customer orders
  • Be willing to receive and apply constructive feedback, especially during training
  • Enjoy working both independently and as a group

As a side note, anyone who is passionate about art, music, analog photography, retro gaming, or vintage goodies in general will have plenty to talk about with the rest of our team (and our customers, for that matter :).
