Office Manager Part Time (Santa Clara, CA)

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager for a global investment firm. This role will be responsible for managing the office, ordering meals and supplies, ordering branded marketing items, handling mail, and greeting visitors.

This is a short-term 5-week maternity leave backfill from early September to mid October, 20 hours per week, onsite at the client's office in Santa Clara, CA.

This is a w2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.

Responsibilities:

• Ordering Supplies and Food for the office [Own the ordering from Amazon, Costco, Grocery Stores, Catering groups etc.]
• Mail management and package mailing
• Manage ordering of branded merchandise and gift packs.
• Office management: Plants, coordinate with the landlord/ mgmt. office: badges/ rent/ cleaning etc.
• Potentially, help with office move to a new office in Santa Clara.

Requirement:

• 5+ years experience supporting executives at investment firms or technology companies
• Highly organized with exceptional communication skills and ability to manage a variety of high priority projects
• Professional demeanor, positive and detailed oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience handling confidential materials and conversations

Compensation: $40/hr - $42/hr
