Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for PRN home risk assessments, welcoming new grads.

Responsibilities include conducting adult/geriatric assessments, reviewing health history, medication adherence, social environment, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Work can be in-home, skilled facilities, or community settings in Mission, TX.

Pay ranges from $2,000 to $10,000/month based on completed assessments.

Flexible scheduling includes days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications: Master's or equivalent experience, current RN and NP licensure, board certification, CPR/BLS, minimum 1-year NP experience, strong computer skills, and ability to travel.

Benefits include mileage reimbursement and limited voluntary benefits; PRN providers are non-benefited except for 401(k).
