Your Role: As a Multiple Myeloma APN, you’ll wear many hats:

• Clinical Expert: Apply evidence-based practices, evaluate patient/family transition of care, and complete medication reconciliations.
• Educator: Facilitate patient-centered coordinated care through interdisciplinary team rounds and educational programs.
• Change Agent: Identify practice gaps, initiate evidence-based changes, and align practices with organizational pillars.
• Research Advocate: Engage in research, disseminate findings, and contribute to nursing’s body of knowledge.

Your Profile/Qualifications:

• Master’s degree as an ANP
• Active NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License and Advance Practice Nurse License or willing to obtain
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
• Maintain NP Board Certification
