Pet Haven Veterinary Hospital, a CareVet partner, is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to lead our practice as Medical Director! Our Medical Directors spend 90+% of their time practicing medicine! Job Summary:
The Medical Director is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. The Medical Director is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine and exceptional client service are delivered.
In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Medical Director is responsible for the financial performance and general operations of the hospital under the guidance of CareVet leadership. In addition, the Hospital Manager and Medical Director are responsible for cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment.

This practice is the only veterinary practice within Bay St Louis, located directly next to the hospital. We are a 3 doctor practice looking for someone interested in coming in with strong leadership and surgical skills to lead a team of go-getters. The team is made up of a strong staff all proving to love their team with their work ethic and longevity in the pracitce. This practice is made up of 3 exam rooms and comes exipt with a surgical suite, dental suite, full in house lab, as well as in house XRay, ultrasound, and lasers.
