Who You Are:
You’re a driven, self-starting sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You’re passionate about healthcare innovation and motivated by making a real impact, especially for Veterans and patients with complex care needs. You know how to build trust with clinical and administrative stakeholders and can confidently navigate healthcare systems, procurement processes, and reimbursement conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with clinicians, administrators, and procurement stakeholders

  • Educate partners on clinical evidence, reimbursement pathways, and implementation workflows

  • Support pilots, evaluations, and system-wide deployments from early-stage engagement through scale

  • Collaborate closely with internal clinical, reimbursement, and operations teams to ensure successful implementations

  • Represent XRHealth at regional meetings, conferences, and VA-related events

  • Provide field feedback to help inform go-to-market strategy and ongoing product development

Requirements:

  • Experience in medical device sales, DME, or healthcare technology

  • Proven success selling into VA Medical Facilities or federal health systems

  • Strong understanding of healthcare procurement processes and clinical workflows

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with regional travel

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Strong Plus:

  • Former military service or Veteran background

  • Experience in rehabilitation, pain management, or behavioral health

  • Familiarity with DME reimbursement and payer coverage models

What you will find if you join:

  • A chance to bring your daily effort and energy to a positive and real impact solution for society
  • The opportunity to work in a fast-growing industry, with a leading company in virtual reality for healthcare
  • A culture of innovation, with constant opportunities to build and shape new products and processes
  • A diverse and global environment with professional growth and personal development opportunities
  • Benefits including 3 weeks of PTO in year 1, comprehensive health insurance, paid parental leave, 401k plan, and more
  • This is a remote role, currently open to candidates residing in MA, CT, TN, or KY. Applicants outside of CA, CO, WA, and NY may still apply.
XRHealth is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
