**Mechanical Assemblers Needed: (Mechanical or Electronic/ Medical Industry)** **Weekly Pay: $21-24/hr** + Magnet Assembly + Gear & Motor **Job Description** We have six openings for mechanical assemblers across three different assembly departments. Positions are available for both 1st and 2nd shifts. The 1st shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and the 2nd shift is from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with a 15% shift differential. **Responsibilities** + Work in one of the specified assembly departments: Epoxy Machine in Magnet Assembly, Gear Motor, Medical Assembler, Electronics Assembly, or Magnet Assembly. + Use hand and power tools to assemble brakes and clutches for medical companies, farm equipment, and government applications. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly. + Maintain attention to detail while working with small parts and complex assemblies. + Potential to advance into roles such as Electronic or Gearmotor assembly. **Essential Skills** + One year of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Mechanical inclination, such as hobby auto mechanics or medical assembly experience. + Experience in blueprint reading, mechanical aptitude, and both electrical and mechanical assembly. + Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and soldering techniques. + Capability in mechanical repair and light mechanical assembly. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, quarterly bonuses after your first year, and a 401(k) match. Attention to detail is crucial, and gloves are provided to protect against oils and adhesives. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.45/hr.
