Job Description

Job Summary: You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the service process from beginning to end. Compensation & Benefits: This is a Full Time position with hourly range of $11.00 to $13.00 , paid biweekly. Responsibilities:

• Keep the lot organized
• Work with Sales and Service dept to maintain organization
• Keep up with incoming cars and keys

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Coordinate with technicians to provide timely and efficient service to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
