We’re looking for dedicated Life Skills Coaches to support clients in the Garden Grove, Anaheim, Buena Park, Westminster, Orange, Fountain Valley, Brea, Stanton, and Santa Ana areas.

💸 Pay & Perks

• $21.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE)

• Flexible scheduling – up to 40 hours/week based on client needs

• Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Paid vacation & accrued sick leave

• Mileage reimbursement + monthly cell phone stipend

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 What You’ll Do

• Teach and coach clients in independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene, time management)

• Motivate and support adults with developmental and behavioral challenges

• Plan and track weekly goals and progress

• Complete case notes and quarterly reports

• Work mostly in the field with clients (approx. 90%) and 10% on documentation

• Collaborate with Program Managers , Regional Center Coordinators , and training staff

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver’s license , clean driving record , and reliable transportation

• Comfortable traveling within Orange County

• Able to pass a background check (per state standards)

• Basic computer skills ( MS Word, email, data entry )

• Can work independently and adapt to changing client needs

• Have behavioral health or social services experience (preferred, not required)
