We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support our leadership programs and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering leadership potential and driving organizational success. You will collaborate with teams across the academy to implement strategies, coordinate programs, and contribute to the development of future leaders.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering leadership development programs.
Monitor program effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
Support senior leadership in planning and executing training initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Identify opportunities to enhance leadership programs and participant engagement.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
