Title: LCV EUCOM Kosovo: Janitor Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR's enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract's original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 10 countries. Job Summary The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the manufacturing plant. This role involves executing a variety of housekeeping tasks, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment, and supporting operational efficiency. The Janitor works under the supervision of the Foreman, General Foreman, or plant management and follows detailed instructions to complete assigned duties. Roles and Responsibilities + Interpret instructions and plan daily cleaning activities accordingly + Transport cleaning materials and equipment to designated work locations + Perform general housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, waste disposal, and surface sanitation + Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) + Respond to emergency clean-up requests and perform duties as assigned by supervisors + Work in physically demanding environments with exposure to outdoor elements and job-related hazards + Deliver janitorial services for assigned areas of a military base under direct supervision Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum of 1 year of experience in janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning roles. + Familiarity with standard cleaning equipment and chemical handling procedures. + Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. + Capable of working efficiently with general supervision. + Self-motivated and positive, with a quick aptitude for learning and applying janitorial skills independently with minimal oversight. + Fluency in Albanian and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Experience performing janitorial duties in military or government facility environments. + Familiarity with handling industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment. + Have a valid vehicle driver's license and maintain its validity for the duration of employment. + Beginner in English proficiency: Speak, read, and write in English at a beginner level.
