**Overview** **Job Summary Details:** The Janitorial Driver is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services across multiple campus buildings while safely operating a company-provided vehicle. This role ensures that all assigned facilities are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained, and requires consistent travel between buildings throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage a daily route while representing the company with professionalism. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members ( | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** + Must be 18 years of age or older + No experience required and on the job training provided + No high school diploma, GED or college degree required + Valid and current driver's license (required). + Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to pass an MVR check (required). + Successful completion of a background check (required). **Preferred Qualifications:** - Customer service experience - 1 year of similar work experience **Responsibilities:** Safely operate a company vehicle to travel between campus buildings according to assigned routes and schedules. + Perform general janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation. + Maintain cleanliness standards in classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. + Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and restroom products as needed. + Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor in a timely manner. + Follow all safety procedures, vehicle operation policies, and campus driving rules. + Ensure proper use, storage, and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals. + Support special cleaning projects or events as assigned. + Maintain accurate logs of daily tasks, building coverage, and vehicle usage when required. **Work Environment** + This position requires frequent driving on campus grounds using a company vehicle, walking, entering/exiting buildings, and performing physical cleaning tasks. + Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
